The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Limited (NFRC) is the UK’s largest roofing trade association. Reporting to the CEO, The Head of Membership will lead and develop the implementation of a sales strategy to increase overall membership. The role requires budget responsibility for the department together with providing leadership and effective management to drive innovation in delivery of service, motivating the team to implement a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
Experience in managing the development of memberships in a professional organisation, together with experience of delivering commercial product strategies, is essential for this role. The candidate will require excellent communication and numeracy skills, highly efficient administrative skills, along with a methodical approach and eye for detail. Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential, together with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
