A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with PASMA, one of the most successful and fastest growing trade associations in the work at height sector. Representing the mobile access tower industry in the UK - and increasingly internationally - the association drives standards and best practice and oversees the delivery of the national tower training scheme.
This is a key position within the organisation and in the future development of PASMA and the service it provides to members, approved training centres and client organisations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, The Head of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for delivering our communications strategy, ensuring all output across all channels benefits our members, reinforces our lead expert status and supports recruitment and retention of members.

The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, the capacity to multi-task and sound organisational ability.
Salary is negotiable but is not expected to present a difficulty for the right candidate. The package also includes pension, medical benefits and flexible working.

SUMMARY OF OBJECTIVES:
Prefabricated Access Suppliers' & Manufacturers' Association Ltd (PASMA) are currently looking to recruit a creative self-starter who will be responsible for delivering our communications strategy, ensuring all output across all channels benefits our members, reinforces our lead expert status and supports recruitment and retention of members.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall: Manage an integrated communications strategy to ensure output across all channels benefits our members, reinforces our lead expert status and supports recruitment of new members.
Digital: Digital marketing champion, ensuring our output benefits our members
Lead the implementation of digital marketing within the organisation
Manage all digital marketing plans, working with colleagues as required
Press & PR: Write engaging and professional copy for print/media/digital and range of audiences
Brand: Manage the brand, ensuring trademark used correctly
Monitor social media activity to manage brand reputation
Membership: Work with Member Services to support the retention of current members
Work with International to grow the worldwide recruitment of new members
Engagement: Support Strategic Engagement as we continue to develop meaningful partnerships and extend our reach and influence
Work with Engagement on member and external events
Innovation: Collaborate with Operations & Engagement to drive innovation initiatives
Reporting: Report on analytics (campaigns and band) and ROI reporting to Leadership Team
Strategy: As part of Leadership Team, contribute to future organisational strategy
