Meet the Millennials

Do companies need to think more carefully about tailoring their efforts towards the specific needs of the future workforce? If so, Millennials may well be a good starting point. Currently, 35% of the UK workforce are Millennials and this is set to increase to 50% by 2020. Are Millennials a lazy, entitled group as has been suggested in the media? Or do they represent an army of new talent with creative, tech-savvy optimists
redefining the workplace as we know it? Join us to explore our future workforce, introducing Generation Z and beyond.
