TAF have partnered with Erskine Nash Associates Ltd to offer members access to four high quality, practical and engaging leadership development workshops.

This workshop is suitable for trade association professionals who are about to take on their first managerial role, have recently started as a manager or who have been a manager for a while but not received any training in people leadership. It looks at the challenge of getting the best performance from individuals and from teams. It will teach you how to manage the performance of others, dealing with the challenges of poor, average or excellent performance and how to build a more effective team.

Sean founded Erskine Nash Associates Ltd in 2007. He and his team work across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia helping organisations with the challenge of ‘Perfecting Team Performance’. Their clients cover a range from global enterprises to UK trade associations.

Prior to 2007, Sean’s career spanned financial services, logistics and airport operations. His roles included front line operational management, project management, organisational change and people development. As a result his style is lively, engaging and very pragmatic. Above all his emphasis is on rapid application to the workplace.

Sean lives in South West London, is married and has two sons. He enjoys hill walking, sailing and skiing - but not as much as he’d like!
